Depending on availability, purchases may
be made either directly through Jeansaade.com or through the assistance of our
online personal shoppers.

While we try to ensure that all prices on
our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the
price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact

Title to any products you order on this
website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of
the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Jean SaadŽ charges the EU IVA taxes on
online transactions, for EU residents only, as required by applicable laws of
the EU community. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects
the IVA tax. Non E.U. residents are exempt from the IVA Tax, but you will be
responsible for the customs tax for the country of your residency, which will
be calculated upon delivery and receiving of the goods at the port of entry.
In addition, purchases may not be shipped
to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through our
carrier. Orders are processed and delivered Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays. Jean SaadŽ cannot be responsible for
unanticipated delays.
The anticipated time for your order to be
prepared for shipment may range from 5 to 30 days excluding holidays, depending
on the nature of the order and product availability.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you
as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will email a
delivery confirmation once we receive notification from our Carriers that your
purchase has been delivered.
To ensure the security of your delivery,
we do not provide tracking numbers unless acquired by the original purchaser of
